Dr Rodney Milford, Director of CSIR Building and Construction Technology (Boutek), was elected president of the CIB (International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction) for the 2004/07 triennium during the annual meeting of the CIB General Assembly in Canada in May this year.
